In Warframe you play as the Tenno, the last remaining members of a race who have been enslaved buy the Grinner for centuries. Players begin Warframe with the Grineer on the cusp of victory over the Tenno, until the Tenno begin to arm themselves with Warframe – an ancient exo-skeletal technology only they can operate. The Warframe the Tenno’s only hope for survival.
It's a very dramatic space opera setting which may or may not be your thing but there's no arguing with the visual quality of Warframe. The offical site has just launched with some dev doaries, videos and an overview of two of the Warframes.
